GRADA DE ANIMACIÓN STAND

The 'Grada de Animación' stand at the Nou Mestalla will be consolidated in the Grada Baja Norte, occupying sectors 116, 117, 118, and 119. As this group operates under specific rules and access regulations coordinated with LALIGA, the relocation process has been streamlined to ensure maximum convenience for all its members.

Below, we outline the steps to take for the 2027/28 season:

1. Those who wish to REMAIN in the Grada de Animación:

  • Automatic transfer of your seat: If you are a member of the Grada de Animación and wish to remain part of it at the Nou Mestalla, you do not need to take any online action to form groups during 'Phase 1' (October 14th), nor do you need to attend an in-person appointment. The club will handle your renewal and seat assignment internally and automatically in the new Grada Baja Norte. Your seat is fully guaranteed.
  • We will send you an appointment date: Even though your seat is already reserved and pre-assigned, the club will send you an in-person appointment to give you complete freedom of choice in case, at the last minute, you prefer to change your seat and move to another area of the Nou Mestalla -whether you belong to a supporters' group or not.
  • Those unable to attend the appointment: If you are certain that you want to remain in the Grada de Animación, simply ignore the appointment and do not attend. By not showing up, the system will automatically assign you a seat in the Grada de Animación at the Nou Mestalla..
  • ⚠️ OBLIGATORY: Even if you do not need to complete any registration procedures, you must ensure that you have an active and valid payment method (Direct Debit) registered in the Member Area.
    • When 'Phase 3' -Payment Formalisation- arrives (scheduled for June/July 2027), the system will automatically charge you for your renewal.
    • If, by that date, your bank account does not exist, returns an error, or is not set up, the payment will fail and the club will automatically cancel your season ticket for 2027/28, causing you to lose your spot in the Grada de Animación.

2. Those who wish to LEAVE the Grada de Animación

If you belong to the Grada de Animación but prefer to change your location at the Nou Mestalla to any other area, you must proceed as follows:

  • To change section together with friends and family: You must actively participate in Phase 1: Group Creation. Create or join a group to select seats via the online platform starting October 14th. Afterward, your 'captain' must attend the assigned in-person appointment to select your new seats.
  • To change an INDIVIDUAL seat: You do not need to create a group during 'Phase 1', but you must attend the in-person appointment assigned to you by the club to select your new seat.

3. New registrations and changes to the Grada de Animación

  • For the time being, new registrations and seat transfers from other areas of the stadium to the Grada de Animación will not be available. You will not be able to select this area during your appointment..
  • Opening date: Starting in June/July 2027, once the initial relocation process for current season ticket holders has been fully completed and the number of available spots is known, the club will open the annual registration form for the Grada de Animación. This will allow fans to apply for a new membership or a transfer, strictly subject to the availability of remaining open seats.
